Responsibilities
Ability to instigate good design through critical and analytical thinking. Confidence to work, draft and brainstorm through 2D and 3D media. Coordinate with other architects, engineers and specialist to produce presentation material. Become familiar with notions of sustainability, solar protection, code regulations and technical designs. Comfortable to work in different stages and programs of architectural projects.Requirements
Bachelors of Architecture / Civil Engineer (equivalent) or higher. A minimum of 3 years’ working experience with China project. Interested in Facade design. Strong graphic and presentation skills, as well as communication and coordination skills. Proficiency in software such as AutoCAD, Sketchup, Rhino, Grasshopper and Adobe Suite. Ability to work in both English and Chinese languages, both written and spoken.
