Supports the Landing Coordinator in developing the business of MKT in China including :
1.Refining the strategy and business plan
2.Identifying key local partners
3.Developing local marketing strategy and associated material
4.Developing all other material necessary to market expansion
Supporting the Landing Coordinator in conducting the local daily business including:
1.Delivering services on ESI projects, including CEFC
2.Identifying other potential projects and creating sales pitch documents
3.Advising on architecture processes and industry sector in China.
Requirements:
1.At least bachelor’s degree in interior designing or related
2.At least 3 to 6 years of actual working experience in this field in China
3.Good project management skills
4.Some team management experience
5.Solid business sense and understanding of business metrics, including financials
6.Fluent in English and Mandarin, both oral and written
7.Strong communication and negotiation skills, both in English and Chinese
8.Experience in public bids & proposals in China
9.Good understanding of the exhibition, interior design, or related is strongly preferred
10.Hard working and dedicated, willing to build a career and develop with the company
