Senior Interior Designer高级室内设计师
岗位职责：
1、负责公司商业型建筑和精装修项目的深化设计工作；
2、负责现场与施工方在施工工艺与设计等技术沟通；
3、现场勘查、分析及测量等工作；
4、本职位需要短期出差；
5、协助设计团队完成招标图，施工图等相关图纸制作；
6、协助项目团队完成技术标书制作。
任职资格：
1、室内设计等相关专业毕业，五年以上相关工作经验及拥有国家证书优先；
2、具有团结合作的精神，有凝聚力；
3、具创意，有较强的设计作品理解能力，能够独立完成工程并绘制相关图纸；
4、热爱室内设计专业，具备手绘功底，能够熟练操作CAD、PHOTOSHOP、SKETCH-UP、Lumion等设计软件；
5、熟悉装饰施工节点，施工工艺，材料及相关国家规范；
6、对精装修机电要求及相关国家规范具有一定的了解；
7、具有团队合作精神，能与设计总监，项目总监及其他工作团队合作无阻；
8、具有良好的语言表达能力，有外资公司及国外教育背景者优先；
9、能看懂英语专业用词；
10、表现优越者将有机会晋升为部门经理。
Responsibilities:
1. Responsible for handling full set of tender/construction drawing process.
2. Responsible site survey, analysis and measurements.
3. To support Project Department during tender document preparation.
4. Manage multiple design projects efficiently under pressure and tight schedules.
5. To collaborate with Senior Designer and Project Manager during construction/upgrading works
6. Work as Communication Channels between design team and construction team.
Requirements:
1. Degree / Diploma holder in Interior Design, Architecture or equivalent with knowledge in building regulations.
2. At least 5 years working experience in Interior / fitting out work or construction field.
3. Excellent drafting technique and knowledge in working drawings.
4. High proficiency in AutoCAD is a MUST.
5. Good communication skill, foreign company or education background is a PLUS.
6. Good supervisory skill and able to lead a small team.
7. Self-motivated, mature, initiative and able to work under pressure.
8. Able to handle projects and solve on site problems independently.
9. Work close with Design Director and Project Director.
10. Good performer will promote as head of department.
