职务范畴：

商务：

- 计算和制作项目成、预算和付款方式;

- 实时知晓项目所处的付款阶段，并定期提供项目的款项进度给管理层;

- 制作报价、合同，参与商务谈判。

项目管理：

－在设计阶段管理和控制整个项目进程，从商务洽谈，竞标，设计全过程到设计交接；

－草拟项目计划并根据这些计划监测项目；

－制定项目执行计划，组织项目的内容收集和调查研究；

－制作时间进度表和汇报文件；

－管理顾问方和第三方；

－维护和发展风险控制；

－对设计变更控制流程进行有效管理，并编制内部和外部报告。

沟通和汇报

－获取项目需求，理解并整理项目需求；

－协调客户，供应商和内部沟通；

－向客户阐述设计成果；

－在必要时向总经理或公司管理层报告上述问题。

任职资格：

- 在设计领域或其他展览相关专业获得学士学位或以上学历；

- 在诸如展览项目或展厅项目等商业项目中的工作的经验至少2年；

- 与客户/承包方沟通和建立客户关系的经验；

- 工作刻苦，有良好的人际关系和组织能力；

- 对展览和车展项目的项目管理有良好的理解；

- 有高度责任感；工作积极主动，

- 能适应出差；

- 精通英语和中文，会德语加分。

Responsibilities:

Business

- Provide estimated project costs, budget and payment methods

- Communicate regular status updates to program and project executive leadership team on budget spend and forecast

- Generate project quotation, contracts; participate in business negotiation

Project Management

- Manage and control the entire project process in the design phase, from business negotiation, bidding, design process to design handover

- Draft project programs and monitor the project in line with those programs

- Develop the project execution plan, coordinate project materials and research

- Generate schedules and reports

- In the management of consultants and sub-contractors

- In the development and maintenance of a risk register

- In the management of design change control processes and in the compilation of internal and external reports.

Communication and Report

- Acquire project requirements, organise and understand the material well

- Coordinate the client, the suppliers and internal communication

- Demonstrate the design achievement to the Client

- Report to the GM or the representative of company when needed, on above-mentioned issues

Basic Qualification:

- Bachelor degree or above in design field or other exhibition related majors

- At least 2 years of experience of working within the commercial projects like exhibition projects or showroom projects

- Experience of dealing with clients/sub-contractors and building client relationships

- Good interpersonal good organizational skills, diligent on work

- Good understanding of the principles project management for exhibition projects and auto show projects

- Pro-active approach and high sense of responsibility

- Adapt to traveling on business

- Proficient English and Chinese, German would be a plus
