Job Description
The Project Manager is responsible for the day-to-day operational management of the Project, especially with regards to the daily Construction Management duties. The Project Manager shall directly manage the Design Engineer and Construction Site Engineer who in turn manage their own designated tasks and project responsibilities. The duties and responsibilities of the Project Executive shall include the following tasks.

1. Direct responsibility for daily management of Trade Contractors and field related issues.

2. Responsible for the day to day management of his Design Engineer and Construction Site Engineer and other field personnel.
负责设计工程师，施工工程师以及其他工地人员的日常工作的管理。
3. Attend weekly project status and review meetings with project Contractors.
与项目分包商一起参加每周的项目进展和评审会议。
4. Responsible for the review and monitoring of the Master Construction Schedule against field progress.
负责根据工地进度评审和监控工程进度计划。
5. Review on all payment requests submitted by Trade Contractors prior to submittal to the Project Director.
在报批项目总监前审核所有分包商付款申请。
6. Review and approval of all Notice of Potential Changes, Change Orders, Change Notices and Scope Changes prior to issuance to the Project Director.
在报批业主审批前审批确认潜在变更通知，变更估算，变更单和工作范围变更。
7. Preparation of designated sections of the Monthly Project Status report as agreed with the Project Director.

8. Attend weekly project status meetings with the Trade Contractors.
　　参加与工程分包商一起的每周项目进展会议。
9. Attend weekly project status meetings with Client.
　　参加与业主的每周项目进展会议。
10. Review and comment on tender documents prior to tender submission and support for tender meetings.
　　在投标前评审投标文件并提出意见，并根据需要参加投标会议。

Requirements
Fluent in Chinese and Fluent, both oral and written
流利的中英文口语及书面表达
At lease Bachelor degree in civil engineering/building/HVAC/electrical
至少有土木工程/工民建/暖通/电气专业的本科学位
Must possess Project Manager Certificate
必须有建造师证书
Minimum 3 years’ experience as PM/CM for industrial/commercial building projects
至少3年工业/商业项目的项目经理或施工经理经验
One with foreign company or overseas working experience is preferred
有外资企业或国外工作经验者优先
One with foreign investment project experience in China is preferred
有外商在华投资项目经验者优先
One with Quality Manager experience and Document Controller certificate is preferred, but not a must.
最好曾任质量经理，有文控执照，但非必须
Good personal communication skills and with team working spirit
