The ideal candidate should:
1. Good taste and aesthetic accomplishment, strong understanding of the MAD project’s design expression and intention. Great ability to capture and carve the expression in composition, light and shadow, building, material and color with high quality;
2. At least 3 years related working experience, expertise in Rhino/Maxwell, 3D Max/V-ray, Photoshop, AI and etc. The candidate with AE skill is preferred;
3. be highly organized and efficient, able to multi-task through tight deadlines in MAD’s fast-paced environment;
4. Major in Architecture, Art, Film or Animation is preferred;
5. Be able to work the bilingual is preferred.

三． 能够紧密、积极、有效地沟通，具有良好的团队意识以及服务理念，能够在高压快节奏的环境中工作。对自身职业生涯、工作和作品完成有较高的要求；
四． 建筑专业优先，美术、多媒体电影/动画专业也优先；
五． 能够双语工作优先。
