Essential Job Functions

·　　 Meticulously assist and prepare drawings for schematic design, design development, and contract documents including developing design sketches, renderings, models, graphics, details, sections, elevations and schedules

·　　 Assist your team with programming and space planning to assess client and project needs

·　　 Have a passion for developing presentations

·　　 Compile data and perform elementary design computations, assist in production of amendments, addenda, and bulletins

·　　 Work alongside and understand the functional organization of the project team

·　　 Keep organized and check your work for accuracy, omissions, and legibility

·　　 Utilize your rock star technical skills in Revit and other design application software

·　　 Work hard, play hard, and learn a lot along the way

Requirements to join us, you should have:

·　　 A professional degree in Architecture, Design, or related discipline

·　　 Proficiency in 3D modeling, visualization, and graphic software; Revit strongly preferred

·　　 Effective verbal and written communication skills

·　　 Problem solving skills, attention to detail, and motivation to learn

·　　 Collaborative and professional work ethic

·　　 LEED AP or within 6 months of hire

初级建筑师

主要工作职责

·　　认真协助和准备用于方案设计、扩初设计和施工图等阶段的图纸，其中包括深化设计草图、效果图、实体模型、示意图、节点图、剖面图、立面图及清单等等；·　　协助设计团队开展功能规划与空间规划，对业主需求和项目需求进行评估；·　　以精益求精的态度制作和优化汇报文本；·　　汇编数据信息，进行基本设计验算，协助筹备修改文本、附录及说明等内容；·　　与项目团队密切合作，了解项目团队的功能组织方式；·　　工作有条理，从准确性、遗漏性和辨识性等方面对工作进行自查；·　　将酷炫的技术能力结合到Revit及其他设计软件的应用当中；·　　做得尽职、玩得尽兴，从中获得受益匪浅的学习锻炼。
