Responsibilities:
• Work with the project team on a wide range of international projects; e.g. retail mall, department store, restaurant, food and beverage, leisure, and hotel projects.
• Supports project team on all design proposals and drawings related work from conceptual design to full detailed drawings.
• Assist and oversee the preparation, coordination, and production of detailed drawings.
• Prepare detail drawings/construction details, graphics and 2/3-D presentation.

Requirements:
· Minimum 5 years of experience in commercial interior design.
· Flair, creativity, ability to conceive, and skill to develop designs for international projects.
· Strong passion for innovative and creative approach to achieve design excellence.
· Ability to translate original design ideas and schematic designs into interior design drawings.
· Ability to work efficiently on multiple projects concurrently in a fast paced working environment. Ability to be on site for design coordination work. Ability to lead a small firm for working on a large scaled project.
· Good knowledge of Chinese building code for interior spaces.
· Sufficient computer drafting skill such as AutoCAD and Photoshop. Other relevant software will be an added advantage.
· Excellent command of written and spoken English.
Interior design professional certification will be an added advantage.
