1、制定项目进度计划；
2、项目所有阶段的沟通与汇报；
3、负责项目运行全过程中的协调与管理工作。
任职资格：
1.建筑学本科或以上学历；
2.7年以上设计公司工作经验；
3.熟练运用AutoCAD、Photoshop、Sketch-Up、Office等相关专业软件；
4.具有较强的独立组织和管理团队能力；具有优秀的沟通协调能力；
5.能按客户要求合理地安排和控制设计进程，安排设计团队的工作，并进行阶段性目标控制，确保项目目标的实现；
6.熟悉工程项目前期设计工作内容、流程及关键环节。
Responsibilities:
1. Developing project progress plan;
2. Communicating and reporting at different stages of the project scheme;
3. Coordinating and managing the whole project operation process.
Requirements:
1. Bachelor's degree or above in architecture;
2. At least 7 years of working experience in design companies;
3. Good command of AutoCAD, Photoshop, Sketch-Up, Office and other related professional softwares;
4. Having strong ability of independent organization and team management; Having good communication and coordination ability;
5. Able to rationally arrange and control the design process according to customer's requirements, arrange work for the design team and control phaseal objectives to ensure the realization of project objectives;
6. Familiar with the preliminary design work, process and key links of projects.
