PROJECT MANAGER - for Office Interiors
Location….Shanghai
Person with at least four (4) years experience in project management required.
Experience in either a design or construction company is acceptable.
Must have a good understanding of spoken and written English. In addition it is preferable if the project manager has some interior design/architectural education or background.
You will be required to meet with clients and discuss all aspects of the project. In addition the ability to document project meetings, give instructions to contractors as well as being able to communicate with building managements, fire bureau staff, vendors as well as designers is required.
The need to be responsive to client and designer requirements and be pro-active in completing each an every project.
Software requirements are Microsoft Project , Windows Word and Excel and Microsoft Outlook . The ability to use Auto cad is of benefit
Must be presentable and neatly dressed.
