syncform建筑事务所北京办公室寻求有优秀设计事务所工作经验的室内设计师加入我们的团队。此岗位需要有一定的的设计工作经验和独到的创意视角，能够支持和配合项目团队，完成现有正在进行的室内设计项目。应聘者需求至少有两到三年室内设计工作经验，并且能够独立完成符合设计事务所设计标准的技术图纸，有国际大型项目工作经验的优先考虑，需要对材料和预算有较熟悉的知识和把控，应聘者需要符合以下要求：
1.建筑学学士（或同等学历）以上学位；
2.
能够独立并配合，或者带领团队完成项目；
3.熟练使用Autocad，Rhino，Photoshop,Illustractor，Indesign等软件。
4.中英文双语的工作人员优先考虑，至少能够熟练使用英文书写或者口头交流；
5.具有很好的当代艺术知识和素养，能够完成手绘图，或者其他形式绘图来表达设计理念
Applicants must have a minimum of two or threeplus years’ experience in interior design, and be able to produce technical drawings and design information, that match with the style and the standards of the office.
The interior designer position requires a deep knowledge of materials, construction processes, market research and budget awareness.
All candidates should be a resourceful, self-motivated, and creative person, open to original ideas, and ready to research the most innovative material and design solution. All candidate should have a strong passion for outstanding design and have high sensibility to architectural and interior details.She/he should also be able to deliver concept sketching and detailed 3D production drawings, he/she will be in charge from the previous stage of the design, until the latest phases, including coordination meeting with manufactures companies, and shadow on site supervision.
The candidate should have:
• A master degree or a bachelor degree in Interior Design or Architecture
• An great ability to work independently and in a structured team
• A knowledge in AutoCad, Rhinoceros, Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign.
• An Excellent knowledge of spoken and written English. Best candidate should be bilingual ( Mandarin and English)
• Skills on hand drawing, photography, knowledge in fine and contemporary arts are highly considerate
