Responsibilities:


Responsible for the façade design, conceptualization, and creation of projects;Lead the team in conceptual and detailed design phases, coordinate project progress, possess excellent communication and leadership skills, has a strong sense of responsibility and dedication to the job;Participate in customer meetings, present and explain design concepts, and provide professional opinions on the design scheme;Assist the design director in project and team management, act as the project leader, fulfill related responsibilities, attend project meetings, and timely report project progress.

Requirements:


Bachelor's degree or above in architecture;At least 5 years of experience in architectural design, with at least 2 years of experience at the same level;Strong ability in creative concept design and architectural ideation, excellent façade design skills, and proficient in design representation;Organizational and management experience in project teams, accurate understanding and grasp of project and business requirements;Excellent communication and coordination skills, with a strong sense of dedication, responsibility, and team spirit.
