What you will do:
·???????? Implementing one or more architectural projects through the management of project teams.
·???????? Negotiating fees and contracts for projects, managing, scheduling, budgeting and staffing, project set-up with sub-consultants, vendors and contractors.
·???????? Reviewing project for conformance of contract
·???????? Tracking financial performance of projects. Knowledge of building codes and structures.
·???????? Hold weekly meeting to make sure project is on the right track
·???????? Provide staff members with an “open door policy” to allow individual members to communicate with you
·???????? Demonstrate ability to effectively communicate verbally and in writing
·???????? Manage projects assigned to you by focusing on the project process, service/ delivery and project documentation.
·???????? Communicate effectively between the client and the internal team

Qualifications
·???????? 12+ years of successful project experience
·???????? Hold a degree in architecture
·???????? Extensive knowledge of architectural principles/practices
·???????? Good leadership capability and can work as a team.
·???????? Professional license or certification is an advantage
·???????? Good communication skills in both Mandarin and English
