Architect
作为团队核心，你将深度参与项目的全程设计及技术管理工作。除了有扎实的设计基础和创意能力，你的逻辑思维和团队管理也将是DP的设计理念传化落地的关键。我们需要你具备以下条件：
建筑专业本科或以上学历
5-6年以上工作经历, 深度参与过大型城市综合体项目的设计与管理
优秀的时间管理与组织协调能力，可灵活的适应快速的工作节奏
熟练应用AutoCAD、Photoshop、Rhino、SketchUp、PPT等建筑相关软件；其中Rhino必须，会  Grasshopper，ENSCAPE（优先考虑），INDESIGN和AI平面软件需要会，InDesign必须熟练
熟悉国内建筑规范与要求，较强的专业技术
具备与业主/合作顾问沟通，以及项目汇报的能力
偏重方案设计能力，优先考虑具备落地项目后期设计与协调工作经验的设计师能够在双语（中英）环境工作
外籍人员或者港澳台籍人员优先考虑

As the core of the team, you will be deeply involved in the entire design and technical management of the project. In addition to having a solid design foundation and creative ability, your logical thinking and team management will also be the key to the dissemination and implementation of DP's design concepts. We need you to meet the following conditions:
Bachelor's degree or above in architecture
More than 5-6years of work experience, deeply involved in the design and management of large-scale urban complex projects
Excellent time management and organizational coordination skills, able to flexibly adapt to fast work rhythms
Proficient in using architectural related software such as AutoCAD, Photoshop, Rhino, SketchUp, PPT, etc; Rhino must be proficient in Grasshopper, ENSCAPE (priority given), INDESIGN and AI flat software, and InDesign must be proficient
Familiar with domestic building regulations and requirements, with strong professional skills
Ability to communicate with property owners/collaborating consultants and report on projects
Emphasis is placed on the ability to design proposals, with priority given to designers with experience in post project design and coordination
Able to work in a bilingual (Chinese English) environment
Applicants for business trips to India, foreign nationals or Hong Kong, Macao, and Taiwan nationals are preferred
