岗位职责：
Act as a commissioning manager during the project phase and will conduct the primary commissioning and start-up tasks.

EHS

Execute EHS & GB code and industrial norms and procedures in plant to ensure them complied with corporate, company and statutory EHS requirements

Ensure continuous improvement of employee safety awareness to prevent process safety, occupational or environmental accidents; maintain EHS system in plant to fulfill internal CP and external audit requirements.

Project management

Developing and tracking the commissioning and start-up schedule. Schedule startup raw material resources. Divide commission and startup system, estimate commissioning budget, and optimize startup cost.

Ensuring that all occupational safety instructions/standards are provided. This includes developing the commissioning and start-up procedures per “Safe Handling of Hazardous Substances” and job hazard analyses completion.

Organize to work out startup preparation documents including SOP, Commissioning proposal, startup scheme, alarm and trip List. Be responsible for new employee onboarding arrangement, including training courses arrangement, training material preparation and review, training schedule arrangement.

As an assistant to plant manager contribute to achieving successful plant management in conformity with legal requirements and BASF requirements.

Production management

Provide technical advice and guidance in safe, reliable, economical operation, trouble shooting and problems solving for plant.

Initiate technical changes to improve productivity and availability of plant and reduce production cost, monitor, and reduce costs on wastes and rework data. organize the establishment, implementation, and maintenance of production standards.

Quality Management

Execute & enforce QM standards throughout the plant, support further development of the QM system. Identify and eliminate QM deviations.

Analysis product quality problem and trouble shoot product off-spec problem. develop quality upset treatment proposal and provide scheme to improve quality management.

任职要求：
Education: Bachelor or above majoring in Chemical Engineering.

教育程度：化学工程专业本科及以上学历。

Working Experience: > 5 years plant production management of relvant plants.

工作经验：5年以上相关装置生产管理。

Technical & Professional Knowledge: Process technology and process engineering with good EHS awareness.

技术与专业知识：具有良好的EHS意识的工艺技术和工艺工程。
