Job description:
You will work and learn to develop projects utilizing cutting edge tools alongside traditional analogue techniques. We are currently in the process of developing projects involving the design of public space and architecture around various harbor sites, collaboration with world-renowned artists for high-end store design, cultural building design and computationally driven research.

您将在非静止的国际团队担任建筑设计师的工作，并且训练提高运用利用尖端电脑设计技术与传统的建造技术。目前, 我们正在设计多个滨海地区的标志性建筑及城市尺度规划项目，与世界知名的艺术家合作高端店面的设计，以及文件建筑的设计，中小尺度的建筑改造及极具创意的室内、装置艺术的设计建造。同时有多个学术科研项目及机器人建造和人工智能的研发。
Requirements:
professional degree in architecture B.Arch or M.Arch, or in a relevant fieldstrong conceptual and design talenttwo-four years’ work experiencestrong communication skills, cooperated and organized, have responsibilitystrong 3D modeling skill and 2D drafting skillstrong Rhino, Adobe Suite, Auto CAD skillsscripting, Maya, Animation experience is desired, not requiredstrong rendering and graphic skill, using Lumion and Strong at post productionability to prepare drawing packages and presentation packagesfluency in written and spoken English, bilingual Chinese English is a plus要求：
•具有专业建筑学位（建筑本科或硕士），或相关领域。海外留学经历者优先。
•有很强的视觉表现能力
•2-4年的工作经验
•有很强的三维建模Rhino能力和渲染技能
•有很强的的渲染和平面表现能力, 熟悉并掌握Lumion, 并有较强的后期PS能力。
•有动画编辑经验为佳。
•具有完成汇报文件Indesign,PPT文件制作的能力
•英文书写和口语能力为佳。
