Responsible for industrial factory、office and hotel interior work on-site construction management, including construction arrangement, schedule, quality, commissioning and acceptance etc.

Coordinate with design for detailed project specification, inspection and testing requirements.

Lead by and report to construction manager, fully responsible for site construction management.

Develop and maintain good management relationship with sub-contractor to ensure project success.

Team work and cooperative with quality and EHS department.

Requirements岗位要求：
Bachelor degree or above Architecture/Civil/Structure/Interior decoration Engineering or relevant
建筑工程/土木工程/建筑装饰相关专业本科及以上学历
Over 8 years GC working experiences construction company.
在总包单位有超过8年以上工作经验。
Hotel interior decoration project reference is preferred.
有商务酒店精装修相关项目经验者优先。
