Key Responsibilities

1. To ensure company's normal operation and the achievement of performance targets, by preparing, organizing, implementing the annual business plans.

2. Be responsible for company's overall planning and management, including but not limited to branding, social promotion, market development, business expansion, investment and operation, project implementation, personnel administration and other comprehensive management.

3. Building and optimizing the organization structure and talent team of Los Angeles company, implementing talent reserve and management, talent training and team building.

工作职责：

1、统筹洛杉矶公司运营，通过编制年度经营计划、组织、实施，确保业绩目标达成；

2、负责洛杉矶公司的全盘统筹与综合管理，包含但不限于品牌传播、社交提升、市场开发、业务拓展、投资运营、项目落实、人事行政等综合管理；

3、搭建、优化洛杉矶公司组织架构、人才团队，实施人才储备、干部管理、人才培养与团队建设。

Skills and Experiences Required

1. Bachelor degree or above in architecture, design, art, film and television or equivalent.

2. Having both Chinese and American backgrounds is preferred.

3. More than 8 years of working experience, with over 3 years of comprehensive management experience, especially corporate management in film investment, design, project development and operation fields are preferred.

4. Good at setting and managing goals with strong strategic thinking and operational capacity, good at risk control, cost management and business development.

5. Having successful entrepreneurial experience is preferred.

6. Self-driven, ambitious, with strong sense of responsibility, distinguished ability in social networking and resource integration.

任职资格：

1、本科及以上学历，建筑、设计、艺术、影视等相关专业；

2、兼具中美两国文化、教育、从业背景为佳；

3、8年以上工作经验，3年以上管理经验，尤其有影视投资、餐饮酒店、设计、开发运营等经验者优先；

4、具备战略与运营思维，强市场拓展能力，善于制定和管理目标，风控与成本意识强；

5、有过成功创业经历者优先；

6、具有较强的自驱力、事业心、责任感、社交能力及资源整合能力。
