职责描述:
汇报对象商务经理和执行董事 岗位和内容 工作目的: 在投标阶段支持配合商务团队对广泛商务投标文件的整理归纳,配合商务团队完成投标。

关键岗位职责(责任):
1) 职责范围不仅限于附件A列表内容,本附录的目的是作为一个指导方针,而不是详尽或明确的总结。
2) 从图纸估算项目包括初步设计到最终设计的不同阶段。
3) 了解施工方案,以制定适用性和评估预算的方案。
4)定期向主管汇报有关正在进行的工作或临时任务的状态、面对挑战的问题提出解决方案的建议。
5)确保工作按时完成,并符合公司或主管的质量要求。
6)在工作中亲力亲为,支持公司。
7)根据程序以及在工作中,使用的适当软件和工具,以提高工作效率。
8)按主管要求合理及合法完成工作。

需要 关键绩效指标:
1) 提供准确的测量数据和了解所需单价上的内容。
2) 在工作分配的各个方面表现出个人的责任感,并确保履行承诺直至完成。

工作关系:
内部 1)设计团队和结构工程人员。

职位要求:
1) 建筑、工程或材料相关专业的学历。
2) 有幕墙行业经验,有玻璃、金属加工或相关行业经验。
3) 良好的人际交往能力,能独立工作,有责任心。
4) 熟悉计算机软件,熟练使用Excel、Office、AutoCAD、BIM、3D软件者优先。

技能:

主要职责,但不限于:
1. 从图纸中准确提取测量数据,并准备估算书(BQ/SOR)。
2. 通过与分包商和供应商联系以获得更好的价格,协助实现有竞争力的估算和投标单价。
3. 对成本和合同上提供准确数据的信息。
4. 从分包商或供应商处获得报价,通过对工料测量的定价,建立准确的投标成本。
5. 确保能够按照合同和投标文件的要求保质保量完成相关任务及工作。
6. 理解施工程序或流程,完成相关投标预算。
7. 了解、识别和评估项目风险,将其纳入投标预算。
8. 汇报并准备投标报告,会议记录和开工汇报。
9. 在预算方面提供建议,并适时帮助项目团队管理其成本。

Estimator Reports To: Commercial Manager/Director A. Role and Content Purpose of the Job: Support the wider commercial team in preparation of tender pricing and associated documentation required for issue, with the goal of achieving a successful tender submission. Key Accountabilities [Responsibilities]: 1) Responsibilities as listed in attached Appendix A and this appendix is intended as a guideline, not an exhaustive or definitive summary. 2) Estimating project from drawings at different stages of design from preliminary through conceptual to final design. 3) Identify construction methodologies to achieve bespoke solutions, allowing budgets to be identified and assessed for suitability. 4) Provide regular reporting to Supervisor outlining status, challenges, and proposed solutions relating to continuous duties or ad-hoc assignments as arising. 5) Ensure continuous duties or works assigned are produced on time and quality meets company or supervisor needs. 6) Demonstrate a hands-on approach to duties requested and support a can-do culture within the wider company. 7) Support development & implementation of procedures & subsequent implementation and use, software, tools to make operations more efficient and meet client/company requirements. 8) Ad-hoc duties as assigned, and any instruction deemed reasonable/legal requested by Supervisor. B. Need to Be Key Performance Indicators: · 1. Accurate measurement, scheduling and understanding of rate build ups required. · 2. Demonstrate personal responsibility and accountability across all aspects of works assigned and ensure commitments are followed through to completion. Working Relationships: 1. Internal: · 1)Design Team or outsourced design and engineering agencies. 2) Commercial Team. 3) Project Team. · 4) Directors. 2. External · 1) Clients, Architects, Developers, Consultants, Main contractors, 2)Suppliers or Service Providers. 3 )Statutory Authorities. 4)CSP Group Companies. Decision Making 1) Identify and propose solutions or concepts where information is not clearly defined and “grey。 2)Position is intended to facilitate the role business partner to the supervisor and will be expected to join and engage within department wide discussions and decision making in order to better develop services provided. C. Need to Know 1. Qualifications & Experiences. 1) Post graduate education within construction, engineering or materials related subject. 2) Experience with fa?ade, glazing, metal work or related industry experience required. 3)Good interpersonal skills. 3) working independently and with a sense of responsibility. 2. Knowledge · 1) Knowledge of computer software as a Good MS Excel, MS Office, AutoCAD, BIM, 3D software is not essential but advantageous. Skills and Competencies:. 2) Self motivated and be a positive example for the company. · 3) Able to work under pressure and work additional hours when required to meet tight programs. 4) Able to multitask and work on various assignments at the same time. · 5) Highly organised and able to effectively prioritise work. 6) Be a good verbal and written communicator in English. Appendix A Key duties and not limited to: 1.Taking off quantities from drawing and prepare BQ/SOR; 2. Assist in achieving competitive tender cost by liaising with sub-contractors/suppliers for better price; 3. Provide accurate cost data and contractual information to related parties; 4. Establishes tender cost to the best accuracy by pricing the bills of quantities through building up rates from quotation received from sub-contractors/suppliers; 5. Ensure all assigned responsibilities relating to quality are carried out in accordance with the Contract/Tender requirements; 6. Able to understand and incorporate construction sequences within the tender price; 7. Understanding, identifying and evaluating project risks for inclusion in the tender budget; 8. Advice and prepare the tender report, weekly minutes of meeting and kick-off report. 9. Advising on budgets and in due course helping the project team to manage their cost management systems;
