Responsible for semiconductor/ pharmaceutic project on-site HVAC systems construction management, including construction arrangement, schedule, quality, commissioning and testing etc. 负责半导体、制药项目现场空调系统施工管理，包括施工安排、进度、质量控制、调试和验收等工作。
Coordinate with design for detailed project specification, inspection and testing requirements. 与设计工程师协调，清楚了解项目规范，检查测试计划要求等。
Lead by and report to construction manager, fully responsible for site construction management. 工作汇报对象为项目施工经理，在施工经理领导下全权负责现场施工管理工作。
Develop and maintain good management relationship with sub-contractor to ensure project success. 发展和维护与分包商良好的管理关系确保项目成功实施。
Team work and cooperative with quality and EHS department. 与项目质量团队和EHS团队团队合作。
Requirements岗位要求：
Bachelor degree or above Power Engineering water supply and sewage engineering/HVAC/Thermal Engineering/Environmental Engineering or relevant 给水排水工程/空调与采暖通风工程/热能工程/环境工程相关专业本科及以上学历
Over 3 years working experiences engineering company. 在工程公司有超过3年以上工作经验。
Semiconductor and or Pharmaceutic project reference is preferred. 有半导体/制药行业相关项目经验者优先。
