Golder has a new opportunity for 1 to 2 EHS Consultant(s) to join our team on a full-time basis based in Shanghai. This is an excellent opportunity to continue developing your career within a dynamic professional consultancy company.
Job Responsibilities:
§ Conduct EHS related consulting projects, including but not limited to Environmental Site Assessment (ESA) and Environmental Due Diligence (EDD), EHS compliance audit, permitting, training, regulation services, ESG, and etc.;
§ Perform and/or assist in other environmental health and safety related consulting services as required;
§ Good knowledge of key national/regional environmental health and safety legislation;
§ Act as a visible role model of Golder's culture, demonstrating values and behavior consistent with the Code of Conduct and Core Values;
§ Ensure actions and behavior are aligned to Golder's Equality Policy at all times.
Qualifications:
§ Bachelor degree or above in environmental science, environment engineering, safety or other related majors;
§ 3~5 Years of work experience;
§ Experience in multinational consulting firm is preferred;
§ Experience in EHS related audit is a plus;
§ Familiar with local regulations and professional guidelines;
§ Detail oriented with emphasis on quality of work;
§ Excellent work ethic with strong organization and time management skills;
§ Strong inter-personal, verbal communication and technical writing skills are essential;
§ Demonstrated ability to work effectively within a team environment;
§ Fluent in English and Mandarin;
§ Flexibility to work extra hours; and
§ Frequent travel is required.
